We deliver an alternative solution to large, over crowded gyms, who only know you by your membership number. Ours is a lifestyle approach where you are treated like a friend, not just a member. We offer total body circuit classes and personal training provided by some of Adelaide's most talented and qualified personal trainers. 

Our aim is to provide you with the most professional and personalised service but in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

If you can't answer yes to the following questions at your current gym/studio, in your personal training, or even your own personal workouts, we'd love to hear from you:

   Are machines or equipment always available
   Is it a friendly and encouraging environment
   Do you have the right balance of strength training, core and cardio training
   Do you do regular body composition testing
   Is stretching properly incorporated into your training
   Is a crèche facility available on request
   Are training programs provided for you whilst you are away
